What if my follow-up message also gets no reply?
Try another contact method you already know, such as the property manager or a phone call. If that does not help, discuss an alternative with your prospective landlord. Repeated digital requests cannot force a reply.
Does the message helper send anything to my landlord?
No. You copy the text or open your device’s share menu. You choose the recipient and app, and decide there whether to send it. The message helper has no contact address and sends nothing itself.
Does the digital service help if my landlord has expressly refused?
Not automatically. It can reduce the paperwork but cannot replace consent. If your landlord does not want to issue the certificate, first discuss alternative documents with your prospective landlord.
