Can I get the certificate today?
That cannot be promised. You can prepare the request yourself, but whether and when your landlord confirms it is outside your control. Also discuss providing it later or using alternative evidence with your prospective landlord.
Does the message helper send anything to my landlord?
No. You copy the text or open your device’s share menu. You choose the recipient and app, and decide there whether to send it. The message helper has no contact address and sends nothing itself.
Does the digital service help if my landlord has expressly refused?
